About the Artist 

Eliana Wenick is an aerialist and dancer based in New York City. A native of Westchester, NY, she began her training in classical ballet. She attained her BFA in Dance and French from Fordham University/Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. During that time she performed with the Alvin Ailey company in their New York City Center season. 

After graduation, Eliana performed as a principal dancer with Dances Patrelle, Albano Ballet, and Eglevsky Ballet. Looking to expand her knowledge and further her training, Eliana began to study different aerial apparatuses at circus schools around New York City. She supplemented this training with workshops in Las Vegas.

Eliana has worked as an aerial performer for RWS Global, Company XIV, Phoenix Entertainment, Cirque Central, American Circus Theater, and as a freelance performing artist. She performs both ambient and feature acts on lyra, trapeze, hammock, cube, heart, and lollipop.
